If toto6 identifies that you hold multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — toto6 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending or unsettled wagers, and withhold any balances pending a fraud investigation.
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. toto6 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is deemed to have been authorized by you.

4.1 toto6 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. toto6 may additionally request KYC documents at any time for compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction. toto6 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.
5.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. toto6 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to the source account and may trigger a KYC review.
5.4 Deposits are credited to your toto6 balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact toto6 support with the relevant transaction reference number.
5.5 toto6 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or reverse any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your toto6 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply as notified in your account settings.

6.4 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Additionally, any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus balance must be fulfilled in full before the corresponding funds become withdrawable.
6.5 toto6 reserves the right to apply additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. These checks may extend processing time by up to 24 hours. Members will be notified if such a review is initiated.
6.6 toto6 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Member.

7.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

7.4 toto6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonus funds already credited and actively being wagered in good faith.
8.1 All games available on toto6 — including slots, live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, poker), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, sportsbook markets, and any other product — are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface or product page. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules prevail for that specific product.

8.5 Sportsbook markets: toto6 reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time, to refuse or limit any wager, and to settle markets in accordance with its official sports betting rules. 9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on toto6 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:
